Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and sales skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of supplements
